BIGGEST CHALLENGE WITH MOST RECENT 2 ENGAGEMENTS?
Preparing for a Tsunami. Example; Car accidents law firm; the amount of OCF-documents and medical file volume was absolute insanity. I introduced a new marketing solution and inflows began that doubled their annual case volume in 3 months. We had to step back and hire more paralegals/law clerks and then another big delay to re-structure and go paperless. With the criminal law firm, all our phone lines died, I didn’t realize this could actually happen. We got flooded with calls from a successful campaign. As we grew in volume we began to get customer complaints and we had to essentially stop the flow of new clients to catch up on the admin side and maintain quality control. Since they made me partner, I stuck it out and stayed longer as we restructured. Ultimately, we were very successful and sold to a competitor. My role focuses on sales and marketing solutions. To fully capitalize on growth, firms must also ensure there internal workflows, CRM systems and client-service processes can support increased demand.
